The document set changes with the lot, the product and the route. The final list is confirmed with the customs broker before loading.

Sturgeon sit in CITES Appendix II. Without the permits a lot cannot leave Azerbaijan and cannot enter Vietnam. For caviar, every tin carries the CITES universal label and the number on it has to match the permit.

Approved establishment list
Vietnam admits aquatic products only from establishments on the approved list. That is checked before loading, not after arrival.
Vietnamese supplementary label
Goods sold on the Vietnamese market need a Vietnamese supplementary label and a product self declaration. The importer files it, we supply the technical data it needs.

Six digit codes are shared internationally. The Vietnamese eight digit code is confirmed per lot with the customs broker.
